Using a combination of Resene EzyPaint and Photoshop technologies, the Resene RenderRite service will deliver fully rendered images from your original image. Following your instructions Resene RenderRite staff will scan, path and recolour selected areas of your image in the Resene colours of your choice. Or if you prefer to take the hands-on approach and virtually paint the project yourself, let the RenderRite staff save you time by pathing the image on your behalf, giving you more time to focus on virtually painting.

The ability to 'see' the finished project complete with the preferred colour scheme/s takes the guesswork out of colour selection for specifiers and clients alike. Resene ColorRite
Resene ColorRite is an electronic collection of virtual Resene colour cards and is part of the Resene EzyPaint virtual painting software. You can select colours from Resene ColorRite and their RGB values or export to jpg and use the colours to paint pathed areas in other computer programs.

Resene ColorRite includes swatches of all Resene colours from the Multi-Finish, BS5252, BS2660, Lumbersider, The Range, Whites & Neutrals and Karen Walker Collection.

Resene was the first to bring New Zealand virtual painting from the comfort of home or office with the launch of Resene EzyPaint virtual painting software in June 2000. Now Resene have launched a whole new revolution in virtual painting with the release of an exciting new version of Resene EzyPaint.

Resene EzyPaint allows you to see the finish before you even start redecorating. No more worrying whether those two colours go together - you can now try them out for yourself. If they don't look right together, just keep trying other combinations until you create a scheme that is right for you. Resene EzyPaint is easier to use than ever, so don't let the technology scare you off.

Resene now have three versions of Resene EzyPaint to suit different computers and users:

1. EzyPaint Standard giving you all the benefits of the previous version plus colour, image and information updates from Resene and EzyPaint partners. Suitable for PC users or Mac users running PC emulation software only.
   
2. EzyPaint Pro for Mac and PC has the same main features as EzyPaint Standard but provides higher resolution images and is a Java-based version suitable for Mac users running OS-10 or higher as well as PC users. Also includes new Auto Path Assist Tool.
3. A simplified online version to give you a quick and easy taste of the software. You can either use this as a simplified version of Resene EzyPaint online or to try out virtual painting before downloading or purchasing the full Resene EzyPaint Standard and Pro versions. Suitable for all computer users.

Use Resene EzyPaint to create a quick colour scheme using the extended gallery of over 200 interior and exterior images in just a few minutes, or really impress everyone by virtually painting your own home or project in an hour or so. If you aren't confident with colour schemes, choose from over 600 colour scheme ideas included in the software. Print, save and email your selected colour scheme and then start on a new colour scheme using a different picture if you wish.

Virtually painting your own home or project is easy - simply scan in any picture (or use direct from a digital camera), path and paint it. Using this feature you can electronically paint anything from houses, plans and drawings to furniture, people and cars. The only limit to your virtual painting experience is your imagination and, as with most things in life, the more you practice virtual painting, the faster and easier it is. Use the Auto Path Assist function in new EzyPaint Pro and let the software help you create your paths.

While 90% of most redecorating projects are all about the paint finish, it is important to co-ordinate the entire colour scheme. To make this even easier, Resene EzyPaint includes textures, colours and patterns from five other leading manufacturers - Dimond Roofing, Feltex Carpets, Linea Weatherboards, Melteca Laminates, and Rockcote Plaster Finishes.

Choose from over 2500 colours, including the latest Resene The Range collection and Karen Walker fashion collection. Use the complementary colours tool to find three colour suggestions for each Resene colour you select, or if you already have a colour in mind, simply select it from the computer's full palette and let Resene EzyPaint find you the closest Resene colours. Develop palettes of your favourite colours, patterns and textures and save them for future redecorating projects.

Resene EzyPaint includes an extensive Information Centre, with information on colour, colour trends and products, tips and tricks on how to use all the new EzyPaint features, and links to websites to help you access more decorating information.
