Moulded beauty - Fendalton home
Traditionally clients accent feature mouldings via a contrasting finish colour to the main wall to draw attention to their placement. This new Fendalton, Christchurch residence relies on the sheer size and associated shadowing that naturally accentuates the corbel feature moulding to mid floor generating impact, without being obtuse, or over-embellishing the exterior walls.

The feature moulding rests upon a Rockcote LiteRock Solid Render System over Hardibacker with a Classico texture finish tinted to Resene Fahrenheit (deep red). White shutters and the matching white soffit complete the look, a stark statement of cool style against the deep red hot background.

Inside is home to walls of Resene Calico (soft brown) and feature walls of Resene Black Forest (deep murky green) in the library, Resene Cab Sav (brown red) in the formal dining room and Resene Orinoco (soft green) in the formal lounge.
