Sheltered - Heritage listed Queenslander
Peeling, flaking and faded, the old paintwork on this Queenslander residence had long since passed its best by date. A heritage listed property on a main road exposure consisting of 13 bedrooms, four bathrooms, the sheer size and location of this property is notable.

Following extensive surface preparation, the exterior was finished in Resene Hi-Glo gloss acrylic tinted to Resene Pompadour (violet red) finished in Resene Sun Defier UV inhibitive glaze to help protect the coloured surface from the deleterious effects of the sun. Trims and joinery were freshened with pure white, and the complete home was topped off in a special roof colour match to Ironstone (ferrous red brown). The interior is finished in Resene Zylone Sheen for a soothing on the senses low sheen finish.
