Street pride - Double storey Queenslander
Amulree Street in Wellers Hill is home to a large new double storey Queenslander residence enjoying views over the city and the envious glances of neighbours.

Expansive lower and upper decks maximise the views to the city no matter where in the house one happens to be.

Outside a palette of Resene Napa tinted into Resene Hi-Glo acrylic gloss is joined by Resene Spanish White tinted into Resene Lumbersider satin acrylic on balustrades and Resene Woodsman on timber. This gives a pleasing tonal effect that fits in well with neighbouring houses made of traditional light toned weatherboards and red toned brickwork.

Inside Resene Zylone Sheen low sheen acrylic in a host of colours from the Resene The Range Whites and Neutrals decorate the space providing a neutral yet changing background for the owner's favourite furnishings and the views beyond the windows.

With the spacious design and fine finishing, the housewarming party is expected to draw a crowd of interested neighbours.
