Street, Fortitude Valley called for a neutral finish to offset the sheen
and attract a retail client for the lease. Resene Alabaster was selected
for both sides of the wall, with Resene X-200 Waterproofing Membrane
providing a low sheen finish on the exterior and Resene Zylone Sheen
low sheen acrylic providing a complementary low sheen interior look.
