 Resene
has always stood behind the paint it makes. To formalise this, the Resene
Promise of Quality document assures customers that they can expect the
Resene paint they purchase to provide film adhesion and film integrity
for the period stated on the expected paint system life chart - if it
doesn't Resene will supply replacement paint to rectify the affected
area.
The benefits of this promise are that it:
- Applies to a wide range of Resene products and substrates both inside
and out.
- Recognises that projects can vary greatly so shows the range of
expected paint system life periods that can be expected.
- Can be transferred to new owners provided they have the original
proof of purchase.
- If the paint film fails, Resene will supply replacement paint to
rectify the affected area (upon presentation of the original proof
of purchase). The amount of paint supplied will not be reduced in
volume depending on the age of the paint job - i.e. if the paint job
fails in year 1 or year 9 of an expected 12 year life, then Resene
will still supply the same amount of paint to fix the affected area.
