What makes Karori and Wellington special.
Background to mural creation:
The students wanted to give
something back to the school in their last year so chose a site
at the front of the school with a view to creating a mural that
would brighten the space and reflect the best of the local environment.
The mural includes many symbols, such as clouds lined with silver
paint (every cloud has a silver lining) and includes a 3D effect
with the path in the middle paved with silver 5 cent coins.
