Background to mural creation:
In 2006, our toy library moved into a new building, which we completely renovated and painted (with Resene paints).  We wanted a fun mural to reflect the purpose of our building and to deter graffiti.  The mural theme is toys and trains, which relates perfectly to the environment as it is painted right next to the railway tracks.
