Stripe surprise
Those keen on stripes generally opt for wallpaper, but keen to use a paint finish Heather invented a new way to create stripes with clever combinations of Resene products.

Resene Super Gloss tinted to Resene Supernova was used as the all over wall finish. The final striped effect was created by painting stripes over the Resene Super Gloss finish using Resene Multishield+ glaze for the gloss contrast, and a long straight edge and a small roller to control the stripe width and layout. The careful striping adds a fascinating new dimension to the finish.

The complete project took approximately 6-8 weeks, including removing the existing wall linings and fixtures, tiling the floor and lower walls, and repainting and striping the untouched surface areas from the floor up.
