It’s fun to make these giant dice out of two wooden blocks and Resene testpots.
Resene kids art with Mark Rayner - Project 130
Difficulty level: Moderate
Top tip: The spots on the opposite sides of any dice always add up to seven.
Here's another idea: These dice were painted with Resene Turbo and Resene Aquamarine.
Step one
Carefully sand the two wooden blocks with sandpaper and then wipe clean with a clean cloth.
Step two
Apply one coat of Resene Quick Dry to the wooden blocks and allow to dry.
Step three
Apply two coats of Resene Wellywood to each of the wooden blocks. Allow two hours for each coat to dry.
Step four
Paint spots on each face of the dice, as shown, and allow to dry – that’s so cool!
