Paint a blackboard Another idea: Blackboard tv

Step 1
Step one
Prime the piece of MDF with one coat of Resene Quick Dry Acrylic Primer Undercoat. Allow to dry.
Step 2
Step two
Paint the MDF with two coats of Resene Blackboard Paint. Allow at least two hours to dry between coats.
Step 3
Step three
Draw a large oval shape in the centre of the board with chalk. Carefully paint two coats of Resene Jacksons Purple around the edge of the board, using the chalk line as a guide. Don’t paint over the chalk as paint doesn’t stick well to chalk.
Step 4
Step four
Fill in the spots using Resene Broom. Once it’s dry, wipe off the chalk line with a damp cloth, grab your chalks and get creative!
