Difficulty level: Easy

You will need: Paintbrushes, Plain cardboard star box (ours came from ‘Spotlight’), Resene Art Action metallic paint in Resene Scotty Silver, Resene KidzColour sticker, Resene Quick Dry waterborne primer undercoat, Resene testpot of Resene Bullitt

Top tip: If you want your box to have an even shinier look, apply one coat of Resene Multishield+ gloss (now Resene Concrete Clear) to the lid and allow two hours to dry before putting on the sticker.

Here's another idea: Use a testpot of Resene Flash Point on the base and a Resene Art Action pot of Resene Bullion on the lid to create a rich gold effect.
