It’s easy to jazz up a plain wooden pencil box with a few Resene testpots.
Pencil me in - instruction sheet
Resene kids art with Mark Rayner - Project 59
Difficulty level: Moderate
You will need: Large and small artists’ paintbrushes, Resene Quick Dry water borne primer undercoat, Resene testpots of Resene Golden Fizz, Resene Jackpot and Resene Kitsch, Wooden pencil box with coloured pencils (ours came from ‘Spotlight’)
Top tip: You could also paint a plastic pencil box in the same way – just make sure you prime it first with Resene Waterborne Smooth Surface Sealer.
Here's another idea: Combine Resene Madison and Resene Spitfire with self adhesive stars for a really cool effect.
