Andrea van Klei, Jackie Toohey and helpers. The border was created by the entire school of over 200 students and staff.

Mural theme:
“The Gift” – a pounamu coloured koropepe (spiritual protector of the children of Mother Earth) hanging on a rope, surrounded by New Zealand plants, the sun and sea.

Background to mural creation:
To create a unique piece of art to represent the school’s special character and its beautiful location.
