Background to mural creation:
Background to mural creation: The pool changing shed wall was an ugly grey concrete block and has been on the list for change for years. Finally things came together with an artistic parent to help out. This competition was the final push. It really has brightened up the area. The mural spreads from that original wall to the sides of the wall and the end wall of the changing shed. This is a seaside community so it was natural to have a sea life theme.
