Mural theme:
Gisborne and Radolfzell: my home towns in New Zealand and in Germany.

Background to mural creation:
When Megan first painted this mural she had returned from an exchange year in Radolfzell, South Germany. The top half of the mural is Gisborne’s two distinctive headlands, Tuahine Point and Young Nicks’ Head, while the bottom half is Radolfzell and its iconic church, upside down and on the other side of the world. Some day Megan would love to paint a similar mural in Radolfzell but the other way up.
