Mural theme:
Welcome to Liberton Christian School.

Background to mural creation:
We wanted a ‘welcome’ wall for people entering our school, including a Māori welcome, dove, bible verse from our coat of arms, location (Mount Cargill/Dunedin) and birds that have made our playground their ‘safe space’.

Each panel was designed and painted by a year 5-8 student to represent themselves or another student at school.
