Background to mural creation:
This mural was created for the student health and counselling centre to create a peaceful and uplifting space for young people and their whanau to use. It helps to show young people the power of colour and art in influencing moods and thoughts. It reminds us all of the beauty and healing powers if nature and how to look at nature with respect and aroha.
