Instructions

  1. Using empty and clean cans, paint the outside with Resene Waterborne Smooth Surface Sealer.
  2. Once dry, paint the cans using the Resene testpots. Leave to dry.
  3. Gently crunch the cans in the middle, and fill with water and dainty flowers – perfect to line up along your windowsill.

Top tip:  Create a crackled effect on your cans. Apply your basecoat colour, then Resene FX Crackle, followed by your topcoat colour, allowing dry time between each coat. The Resene FX Crackle will shrink so that the basecoat colour shows through the topcoat for an antiqued style finish.
