You will need: Bucket with clean warm water, Clean cloths, Filler, Paintbrushes Paint tray and roller, Putty knife or similar for filling, Resene dropcloth, Resene Quick Dry waterborne primer undercoat, Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Double Tea, Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Half Tea, Sandpaper
To get the look: Mark freshened up the ceiling with Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Quarter Tea and repainted window and door frames with Resene Lustacryl tinted to Resene Half Tea.
Other ideas: For a stronger contrast try a combination of Resene Double Sisal and Resene Eighth Sisal.
