Gore Street, Bluff (Beside the Town Hall, Council Rooms and Library)

Team:
Karl Hart, Lenora Hart, Angela Dongi, Lynette Jack, Robin and Ray Horwell and Lindsay Bear.

Accessible to public:
Yes.

Mural theme:
Famous Ship.

Background to mural creation:
The team joined together to beautify Bluff and extend the presence of murals throughout the town to fit in with the Concept Plan for Bluff that is currently being developed. A secondary aim was to increase participation in the arts and foster greater community involvement in the area. The mural design featuring a famous ship is perfectly in keeping with Bluff's seaside location and reliance on the sea for many of its townspeople's livelihoods.
