Repainting the outside of her 1930's character home, Jan selected a
double A scheme of Resene Astra as the main wall colour and Resene Apache
for doors and shingles. Teamed with carefully placed Resene Burnt Crimson
on bargeboards and exterior decoration, the finished scheme suits, and
enhances, the house perfectly.

Finding the right colours was somewhat of a painstaking task with nearly
six months elapsing before they found just the right shade. Once the
colours were decided, preparation proved to be hard work. The painting
itself was definitely the easy part of the whole job.
