Lotsa lounge
Decorating their well used large open plan living and dining area was a grand challenge for Pete and Linda McBreen, with major effort dedicated to co-ordinating a look that all family members would like.

For their first major attempt at redecoration, the McBreen's got stuck in, repainting walls, changing curtains, curtain rods and trims, and purchasing new furniture.

Colourful artwork in hand, the McBreen's were determined the new look would enhance what they already owned. The colour scheme started with the selection of the feature wall of Resene Genoa and slowly broadened out to the other walls in a complementary colour of Resene Rob Roy, a lovely rich gold. The hues and design of the curtain fabric helped link these two colours together. Resene Rob Roy also features on the inner window surrounds in a gloss finish combining beautifully with the Resene Aquaclear polyurethane on the Rimu.
