From the Resene News – issue 4/2003 In decades - A Blenheim building upgraded A quick coat of Resene Sureseal pigmented sealer was used to seal the old Stipplecote and bind the weathered surface, followed by two topcoats of Resene AquaShield tinted to Resene Double Spanish White (muddy neutral). Being a dead flat mineral finish, Resene AquaShield tones well with the building style while imparting hydrophobicity benefits to reduce dirt adhesion and subsequently building maintenance, keeping it looking its best for longer. Based on experience to date, it's a safe bet that these building owners won't be back for the next exterior upgrade for at least another decade. Painting Contractor: Lyndin Hogg |
