Medically fit - Hutt Hospital
For the complete refurbishment of the Hutt Valley Hospital Community Health Building in High Street, Lower Hutt paint systems and colours were selected for their soothing good looks and easy clean, low odour qualities.

With this in mind, exterior walls were finished in Resene Sonyx 101 semi-gloss acrylic in a calming palette of Resene Ghost (soffits), Resene Comet (spandrels), Resene Black Marlin (columns, outer frames, window sills), and Resene Black White (main wall colour, veranda roof). Interior and exterior steel windows were coated in Resene Super Gloss aluminium metallic finish to reinstate the original clean metallic look.

Resene Zylone Sheen low sheen acrylic and Resene Lumbersider satin acrylic were used extensively throughout the interior, complemented by highly durable waterborne enamels Resene Enamacryl and Resene Lustacryl. All interior paint systems were specially coloured matched to Swinson wallcovering colours.

Cool, calm and collected, just the way every medical facility should be.
