Crowd pleaser - Clayfield home
What was once a church then a theatre has been given a new lease of life as a three bedroom home in Clayfield. The extensive refurbishment project completed over eight months involved separating the buildings and making new titles, then reorganising the interior into open plan living areas, a mezzanine level media room, wine cellar and stunning kitchen with butler's pantry.

Inside the hues of the stained glass designs rain down onto walls painted in Resene Zylone Sheen tinted to Resene Alabaster, while outside the popular Resene Lumbersider satin acrylic tinted to a palette of Resene Spanish White (complex neutral), Resene Napa (smoky grey beige), Resene Triple Napa (toasted brown) and Resene Masala (murky grey brown) protects against the elements.

High ceilings, stained glass, a previous life as a theatre and very atmospheric, this home is bred for entertaining.
