Waste not want not. Alex Bartleet builds sculpture pieces using all recycled materials, old rubbish and lashings of recycled paint. His work is artistic without being a burden on the environment. Because he relies on using materials that are being recycled or disposed of, each piece of work is unique.
The recycled paint from Resene is used to lock the pieces into place in the sculpture. The paint serves as a decorative undercoat and the practical purpose of locking everything into place.
