Background to mural creation:
The principal, Philip Benson, wanted a new mural for the outside of the school. Teresa worked with the art extension children to come up with their own inspirations for the mural. The children sketched ideas inspired by what was around the school environment as well as how to represent all the different cultures present at the school. The mural represents the children at the school and where they live in Stokes Valley.
