Background to mural creation:
This mural was created to brighten up the school environment and bring some colour into the playground. Mandy painted the zones of regulation, a social-emotional learning curriculum to teach children self-regulation and emotional control. When kids recognise how they are feeling, they are better able to manage their behaviour.
