Mural theme:
Henderson Primary - historical interpretation with its location in the Waitakere ranges/native bush and its associations with the vineyards and town streams.

Background to mural creation:
The new mural was designed to create a focal point on one of the entrances to the school and exhibit the children's work to the community.  The mural was a fun opportunity for the children to practise their painting techniques.
