Background to mural creation:
This mural was designed to brighten up the large bare walls of the school auditorium. As our school is divided into two ropu (groups) with one of them being ‘Pohutukawa’. The Pohutukawa wall is closest to the classrooms in the Pohutukawa area of the school.
