Mural theme:
The mural explores places in the Wairarapa that the children can identify with. It begins with Queen Elizabeth Park in autumn, moving into Pukaha Mount Bruce in winter, farmland in spring and finishes with Castlepoint Beach in summer.

Background to mural creation:
Makoura College was asked by the Masterton Early Learning Centre to complete the mural on their 39 metre long wall, which was previously grey and runs along the length of their outside playground.
