Background to mural creation:
The long fence at the end of the sports field had been partially painted an ugly green. They decided to paint this black to tidy it up. Then the students wanted to create a number of murals that could be seen the whole length of the field but that could also be read up close. Buddy classes can now often be seen reading some of the 23 panels together.
