All Good Things for a Garden.
Background to mural creation:
The local school was asked
by the owner of a nearby garden centre to do a mural for his business
to brighten up the busy rear entrance that faces the popular Cafè
Villagio. The task was pointed at Barbara first because the principal
knew she had experience in this area. After a few days deliberation
and thought as to how and whether to take on the task, she agreed.
Then a few days later she opened a teaching magazine and read
about the Resene Mural Masterpieces promotion. The answer to a
teacher's prayer and fun for the class to think they were in a
national competition. The Touchstone owner wants to use the mural
in a national horticultural magazine article on his business and
in the local press. The other businesses in this shopping centre
are also delighted at the result.
