One colour, Resene Bison Hide, has been used through-out the house with variations in its strength. Double-and triple-strength Resene Bison Hide provide accents in the living areas, while ceilings, architraves and finishing timbers are all painted in a quarter-strength variation of the same colour.

Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen is a waterborne paint that provides a tough, durable, enamel-like finish, well-suited to most interior applications, from wet to broadwall areas, and trim and joinery both inside and outside the home.

Resene marketing manager Karen Warman says Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen is not only hard wearing, it also provides the benefits of a water-borne paint, such as low odour and easy clean-up.

Masonry Design Solutions also specified Resene paints for the exterior of the home.

“We used Resene’s fibre-reinforced water-proofing membrane, Resene X-200, on the exterior. This coating is designed to go with plaster sub-strates, and offers strong, durable protection,” says designer Mark Wilson.
