It’s easy to create these colourful traditional building blocks using a few Resene Colorwood testpots.
Resene Toys and Games with Mark Rayner - Project 07
Difficulty level: Moderate
You will need: Length of square dressed timber (ours measured 42mm x 42mm), Paintbrush, Pencil, Resene Aquaclear satin, Resene Colorwood testpots in Resene Apollo Blue, Resene Desert Yellow, Resene Deep Purple, Resene Emerald, Resene Red Pepper and Resene Satin Orange, Saw, Sandpaper, Set square
To get the look: Mark painted the table with Resene Enamacryl tinted to Resene Woodstock.
Other ideas: Blocks could also be primed with Resene Quick Dry and then painted with Resene testpots from the Resene KidzColour range.
