Exterior aluminium panels on a new two storeyed retail showroom in McLaughlin Street, Fortitude Valley called for a neutral finish to offset the sheen and attract a retail client for the lease. Resene Alabaster was selected for both sides of the wall, with Resene X-200 weathertight membrane providing a low sheen finish on the exterior and Resene Zylone Sheen low sheen acrylic providing a complementary low sheen interior look.

Located in the heart of the retail hub, the showroom will start its retail career specialising in furniture sales.

Sofas, chairs and desks will rest comfortably in an atmosphere of Resene Alabaster ready for new owners to whisk them away to new lives.
