Young talent

Olivia, still in her teens, created this stunning room for her 10 year old sister's Christmas present. Olivia is very interested in decorating and with a strong design sense she came up with the concept, colours and theme, built the furniture, recovered chairs, painted, drew etc. The colour palette was Resene Belladonna with Resene Hullabaloo and Resene Barely There.

She handpainted the big blue wall with her own designs. Everyone thinks it is wallpaper but it's 100% original. The desk and doors with belt handles are in Resene Blackboard Paint pink.

Grace her younger sister absolutely loves living and playing in this fun, inspiring and uplifting space, which is easily kept tidy.
